Mid-Year School Culture Surveys are available on-line for staff and students using the specific links found below. For users’ convenience and easy access to the surveys, the three links below have been added to the OSI website: http://si.dadeschools.net/
Surveys are anonymous and data collected from staff as well as students will be used strictly to populate the 2022-2023 SIP Dashboard that will be created for each school to inform their Phase IV-Mid-Year Review of the School Improvement Process.
- Staff Survey has 17 questions and should take approximately ten minutes to complete. All schools are invited to participate using the following links below:
- Elementary/K-8 (grades 3-5) survey has six questions and should take approximately ten minutes to complete using the link below:
